OPTIONAL H.I.I.T.
High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an optional addition to your program, typically after you have a solid foundation within your lifting routines (timing is person-specific, depending on experience, so please ask!). Elevate your heart rate even more during your workout by incorporating short, timed bursts of cardio exercises between your strength training sets. This is best accomplished during sessions of 45 or 60 minutes so we still have enough time to work all major muscle groups.

“After one month of personal training with 409 Fitness, my golf game has improved, which was one of my goals to achieve. I drive the ball noticeably farther than I had been, and after walking 18 holes, I am not winded or tired and am ready to play more holes."
SAM, 28
"I was personal training with 409 Fitness to train for the physical fitness portion for my law enforcement testing. I was able to finish in the top quarter of participants overall."
